
Rhubarb Events Launch Kerth Gumbs Caribbean Stall
Our new Caribbean food stall brings the vibrant spirit and bold flavours of the Caribbean to any event, curated by our Chef de Cuisine, Kerth Gumbs.
Kerth Gumbs Winner of Great British Menu and featured chef on MasterChef, Kerth brings his Caribbean heritage to life in this dynamic new offering. Known for his vibrant style and culinary finesse, Kerth has crafted a menu inspired by the soul of the islands, reimagined with precision, flair, and the finest ingredients.
What’s on the Menu? At the heart of the experience is a live carving station where guests can enjoy mains fresh from the grill, such as jerk chicken with a rum and ginger BBQ, torched salmon finished with passion fruit and honey glaze, or 45-day aged sirloin infused with rosemary and thyme. Alongside these showstopping centrepieces, the stall serves a vibrant mix of bold, flavour-packed dishes like curried lamb shoulder with pickled chilli, caramelised pork belly skewers, or tiger prawns. The options do not stop there with dishes like BBQ short rib and jalapeño mac and cheese, while curried aubergine stuffed in pitas adds a colourful, vegetarian twist. Rounded off with bright, refreshing salads and indulgent desserts from tropical mousses to coffee choux a la creme and banana split with tamarind ganache.
