By collaborating with local suppliers and embracing zero-waste principles in our culinary practices, we aim to reduce our carbon footprint and support the communities in which we operate. For instance, our chefs design inclusive and environmentally conscious menus, utilising every part of ingredients to minimise food waste.

Community Engagement
Supporting our local communities and broader society is integral to our mission. We engage in partnerships and projects that contribute positively to societal well-being, such as collaborating with charities like The Felix Project and WasteKnot in the UK, and Rethink Food in New York, to combat food waste and support those in need.

At Rhubarb, we create events with a deliciously different flair. That creativity does not stop at events but extends into all things we do at Rhubarb. That is why we are proud to introduce our new initiative, “The Invisible Guest”.
