A Taste of Spring & Summer
This bright seasonal menu redefines culinary creativity, with sustainability always at its core. Our culinary team champions seasonality, using locally sourced ingredients, such as Wye Valley asparagus and Westlands tomatoes, to minimise environmental impact. Each dish is the result of bold experimentation, inspired by global travels and everyday moments: a journey to India sparked the creation of a strawberry curried cookie, while a love for classic carbonara led to our signature one-bite polenta ‘carbonara’.

Flavours of Autumn & Winter
The warming flavours of the cooler seasons lie at the heart of this menu. Created in collaboration with our new Executive Chef, Kieran, the menu features comforting yet refined dishes such as Scottish guinea fowl, truffle-basted Cornish hen, and ironbark pumpkin.

Bowl Food
Our bowl food menu is designed for elegant, effortless dining, small plates with big flavour. From the bold richness of rump of beef tartare to the comforting warmth of Keen’s Cheddar twice-baked soufflé, each dish is crafted to impress. Seasonal touches shine in delicate podded broad bean and burrata angolotti, offering a perfect balance of indulgence and refinement.

Canapés
This canapé menu delivers flavour in every bite, crafted for impact. Standout bites include the punchy elegance of red yuzu kosho beef, the irresistible crunch of Rhubarb’s signature fried chicken, and the indulgent richness of black truffle arancini. Each canapé is a conversation starter, combining creativity with crowd-pleasing appeal.
