Engage!25 Kicks Off in Style at Sky Garden
This year, we were delighted to host the Engage!25 vibrant Welcome Party at Sky Garden, featuring gourmet food, live music and stunning skyline views, all delivered with the signature Rhubarb flair.
Hosted at Sky Garden
This year’s theme was inspired by the vibrant energy of festivals, and we were thrilled to kick off the celebration in spectacular style, 35-floors above the city. In partnership with Event Concept, Sky Garden was transformed into a bold, immersive homage to British summer festivals.
As the exclusive host and caterer, our team welcomed guests into a floral-filled wonderland, complete with a Coachella-inspired dress code. Arriving in style aboard classic red Routemaster buses, guests embraced the theme with sequins, florals, neon hues and everything in between.
An Unforgettable Food Journey
We curated a bold and flavour-packed food experience, with our signature Rhubarb creativity woven throughout. A host of interactive food stations spanned savoury and sweet, each bursting with flavour and creativity. Our vibrant taco stall embodied the festive spirit, with bright displays and incredible fillings, ranging from zesty salmon to pulled BBQ short ribs.
Gourmet Burgers & Dogs
Of course, no festival feast would be complete without the classics. Our ‘Burgers and Dogs’ station delivered indulgent gourmet hot dogs and handcrafted burgers, elevated takes on timeless favourites.
Dessert Station
The fun didn’t stop there. Guests delighted in a playful build-your-own dessert station featuring soft-serve Mr Whippy ice cream, complete with a wide array of nostalgic toppings. This sweet finale was displayed in the iconic Rhubarb way, all capturing the joy and charm of British summertime.
Live Music & Entertainment
No festival is complete without incredible music, and this one did not disappoint. The evening began with high-energy performances from The Cadillacs, before guests descended into the main space for a show-stopping set by Ministry of Brass. Finally, BEAT XL brought the party home, flooding the dancefloor as guests danced the night away high in the sky.

We were honoured to be the team behind this unforgettable opening celebration. From sweeping city views and vibrant blooms to standout food and electrifying music, the night embodied everything Engage!25 offers: elevated experiences, bold creativity, and joyful connection.
