A Sparkling Welcome
Guests were greeted with a refined wine reception, setting the tone for the evening ahead. As the room glowed with ever-changing projections, elegant canapés circulated through the gallery space. Each canapé was an expression of craft from the blue corn taco to the rich lasagnacini, a prawn toast and the delicate Cornish langoustine. Paired with a perfectly selected wine list, the opening chapter of the night was as immersive as the venue itself.
A Menu To Match The Moment
Dinner was a celebration of modern British cuisine, showcasing Rhubarb’s signature flair for flavour and presentation. Guests enjoyed starters of Black Bomber cheese soufflé or The Humble Carrot, dishes that balanced comfort and sophistication in equal measure.
The main course continued the story with Cornish cod, butternut squash feuilles and fillet of beef, each plate crafted with precision and served with understated elegance. Every dish was a reflection of the evening’s theme: refinement, detail and timeless taste.
A Sweet Finale
To close the evening, guests were invited to indulge at a spectacular dessert stall, a twelve-foot table dressed in handcrafted macarons and delicate patisserie. This show-stopping centrepiece created a sense of theatre and delight for guests to enjoy.
