Rhubarb x The Sustainable Restaurant Association
From December 2025, we have been proud to take our sustainability commitment further with our partnership with The Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA) across our restaurants, cafés and bars.
Working closely with the SRA’s expert team, we will be creating a bespoke sustainability roadmap for each one of our catered sites, shaped around the realities of our kitchens and supply chains.
Measuring What Matters
As part of this partnership, we are embedding the SRA’s globally recognised Food Made Good framework into each site. This world-leading hospitality sustainability certification offers a clear, credible way to measure our progress and hold ourselves to the highest standards.
Every site will undergo a biannual assessment, focusing on the three pillars that matter most to us at Rhubarb: sourcing, society and environment. This framework helps us sharpen our focus and identify opportunities to push further.

Our people are at the heart of this work. Across every site, a dedicated Impact Manager will lead day-to-day sustainability actions and track our progress. From chefs to front-of-house, our teams will have access to new training, case studies and industry insights designed to spark ideas and empower confident, sustainable choices.
This approach will create a cultural shift that strengthens the way Rhubarb operates, from prep kitchens to boardrooms.
Looking Ahead
Throughout 2026, over 15 Rhubarb sites will receive their independent rating. As these certifications roll out, updates will be shared across our website, LinkedIn and Instagram so you can follow the journey.
Our partnership with the SRA ensures Rhubarb continues to benchmark against industry leaders while building a sustainability programme that is ambitious and accountable.
