We are delighted to share this gift with you. At Rhubarb, everything we create begins with exceptional ingredients and the joy of bringing people together, and this bottle is no exception. This olive oil comes from the family grove in Puglia of our Senior Creative, Flaminia, and brought to life with recipes from our Executive Chef Kieran and Group Executive Pastry Chef Daniel.

Recipes Made for You
To help you enjoy your olive oil with ease, we recommend using a utensil to gently lever out the sealed cork before placing your pourer topper in. It’s designed to keep the oil protected during its journey. Once the pourer is in, to help you enjoy your olive oil at its best, our Executive Chef Kieran and Group Executive Pastry Chef Daniel have created two simple, elegant dishes for you to make at home. Consider them our way of sharing a little Rhubarb magic this Christmas.
Whipped Feta Sharing Dip
Creamy whipped feta drizzled with our Puglian olive oil, served with Panettone crisps perfect sharing moment.
Chocolate Olive Oil Mousse
A rich yet delicate mousse infused with marsala and finished with chocolate and sea salt flakes, and a generous drizzle of olive oil on top.
From Grove to Gift
This year's gift comes from 148 Coratine olive trees in the countryside of Conversano, Bari, a grove cared for by Flaminia’s family for generations. The olives are picked by hand and cold-pressed on a traditional granite stone mill, capturing the purest expression of the fruit.
For over 45 years, each harvest has been a testament to patience and craft, which mirror our own approach to food and hospitality. Just as our chefs thoughtfully design menus and experiences for every guest, this olive oil embodies the artistry and care we champion in everything we create.
