Elemente Hamburg
New to Westfield Hamburg and inspired by the four elements - fire, water, earth and air, Elemente restaurant and air bar is opening this Autumn.
Perched on Hamburgs waterfront, you'll find South American-inspired cuisine set against sweeping views of the Elbe River. On the 13th floor, experience our Air Bar for handcrafted cocktails and panoramic views of the city skyline.
Food and drink
At the heart of the concept is the idea of sharing, almost all dishes are designed as shared plates – from South American grilling techniques with local game to creatively reimagined seafood dishes and plant-based creations featuring Andean vegetables, herbs, and roots. In the same building, on the 13th floor, ‘Air Bar 13’ will open its doors. The rooftop bar is connected to the public viewing terrace on the same floor.
