Food and drink
At the heart of the concept is the idea of sharing, almost all dishes are designed as shared plates – from South American grilling techniques with local game to creatively reimagined seafood dishes and plant-based creations featuring Andean vegetables, herbs, and roots. In the same building, on the 13th floor, ‘Air Bar 13’ offers handcrafted cocktails and panoramic views of the city skyline. The rooftop bar is connected to the public viewing terrace on the same floor.
