When a returning client asked us to cater their daughter’s Slumber Party-themed Bat Mitzvah, we knew we had to go the extra mile to make this an unforgettable celebration.
A Bespoke Menu for Sweet Dreams
At Rhubarb, we always take things to the next level. For this event, the food brought the slumber party theme to life with a "Mika-roo" style takeaway twist. Working closely with the client during tastings, we collaboratively brought Mika’s favourite foods and ideas to life. We served personalised branded takeaway boxes, and event cocktails were creatively served in cereal boxes. For dessert, we went all out with a chocolate fountain, an ice cream machine, a cereal and ice cream bar, and if that wasn’t enough a pick-and-mix station right in the nightstand!
A Collaboration Not To Be Slept On
To ensure Mika’s special occasion was everything she dreamed of, we partnered with specialist event production company Banana Split. They helped us bring every detail to life, from personalised decor to her favourite artists, creating the ultimate slumber party atmosphere.
Slumber Party Venue
The celebration took place in the client's garden, transformed into Mika’s very own bedroom. With 250 guests dressed in their pyjamas and loungewear, the slumber party theme was brought to life. And, of course, what’s a slumber party is complete without a pillow fight to end the night.
