As the sole hospitality operator, we run the on-site café for daytime visitors and oversee all private and corporate events within the venue. Our food & drink
We create bespoke menus for every event, blending bold culinary creativity with a commitment to sustainability. Our chefs focus on seasonal, locally sourced UK ingredients like Wye Valley asparagus and Westlands tomatoes to minimise environmental impact. Inspired by global travels and everyday moments, each dish is crafted with an experimental approach, from a strawberry curried cookie inspired by a trip to India, to a one-bite polenta ‘carbonara’.
