Chef's note: This season's menu celebrates the bold, comforting flavours of the colder months with ingredients at their seasonal best. You'll find pork with a rich roasted plum & rice wine jelly, as well as vegetarian options like feuille de brick cannelloni, filled with roasted pumpkin, porcini and sage. Perfect for welcoming guests paired with champagne.
Three-Course Dining
Our starters and mains continue the seasonal story through beautifully presented plates that are both comforting and flavoursome. Each dish is crafted to honour the richness of autumn and winter, using ingredients at their peak.
Sustainability highlight: The starter ‘0% Waste Celeriac’ Tart (V) champions root-to-tip cooking. Wrapped in delicate feuille de brick and paired with hazelnut, Rosary goat’s cheese and bronze fennel, it’s a dish as thoughtful as it is flavourful.
Dessert Canapés
We always like to end on something sweet. Our dessert canapés offer playful, indulgent bites that bring a nostalgic twist to the season’s favourites.
The toffee apple macaron (V) captures the essence of autumn in a single mouthful, crisp, creamy and just the right amount of sweet. And for something a little richer, the Dulce de Leche popcorn s’mores combine sweetness with a golden crunch.
