Three-Course Dining
Our Autumn/Winter 2026 three-course menus bring together seasonal British produce with creative flavour combinations and thoughtful presentation. From New Forest produce charred over the barbecue and finished with mushroom and black garlic glaze, to thoughtful nose-to-tail cooking that makes use of the whole bird, every dish is designed with flavour and sustainability in mind.
